Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Hardscaping Helper to join our team. The Hardscaping Helper will assist with the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the hardscaping and landscaping industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and water features.
- Prepare job sites by removing debris, excavating, and grading the area as needed.
- Help with the measurement and layout of hardscape elements according to project plans and specifications.
- Transport and handle materials such as pavers, stones, gravel, sand, and concrete.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in hardscaping projects, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete, mortar, and other materials.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the cleanup and organization of job sites at the end of each day.
- Work collaboratively with the hardscaping team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hardscaping techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to safety and following OSHA guidelines.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
