QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Strong skills and prior experience in the FIS core banking system, and loan operations including: Loan closing, boarding and servicing and knowledge of BSA and AML.

Education & Experience
· 3+ years Advanced hands-on experience personally working with the FIS core banking system required.
· 2+ years of supervisory and leadership experience at a financial institution preferred but not required. Great opportunity for an FIS core banking expert to move up to a management role.
· Bachelor’s degree, business or related degree is a plus but not required.
· Experience in solving practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
· Experience in developing, training, leading, inspiring and motivating teams.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
