Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented EID Integration Lead to join our team. The EID Integration Lead is responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Lead EDI integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Define process and procedures around managing integration of new EDI customers and vendors.
- Monitor the performance of EDI system and implement optimizations as needed.
- Function as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT Applications team.
- Conduct regular assessments of EDI workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Serve as the internal escalation point/referral point for questions, technical issues, and problems with the EDI environment. Identify root cause and corrective actions.
- Establishes security and backup procedures, as well as system disaster recovery processes.
- Create and maintain documentation of EDI processes, guidelines, and configurations.
- Manage expansion of offshore team responsible for the support and development of EDI application interfaces and maps.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Must Haves:
- Familiar with EDI message standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and other common interface file formats such as CSV, XML.
- Understands relational mapping concepts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the orders-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes within an ERP system.
- Effective vendor management of third-party EDI resources used for support and implementation of EDI.
- Minimum 10 years experience in an EDI developer/coordinator role or any equivalent combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements.
- Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business and /or systems related discipline(s).
