Play All Day offers exceptional dog daycare and safe and secure hoteling for furry family members of humans.
The Customer Service Manager manages the all-important first impression that clients have of Play All Day.
Key Responsibilities
- The Customer Service Manager will provide caring and trustworthy service to all clients so that each client leaves happy and confident that their pet will receive loving care.
- Manage front of house daily operations to ensure that reception runs smoothly & safely which will include scheduling & assigning tasks.
- Supervise Customer Service Representatives, including hiring, training & performance management.
- Ensure the reception area exceeds all standards for cleanliness, safety & comfort.
- Interact with clients, address inquiries, concerns and feedback, ensuring exceptional client service as well as a stellar reputation in the community.
- Ensure proper collection of paperwork and vaccines, providing proper prices and billing to clients, maintaining and ordering retail products and office supplies, scheduling, monitoring staff performance and more.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule daycare appointments, boarding reservations, and grooming services.
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a customer service environment.
- Passion for dogs and for providing exceptional care for them.
- Exceptional client service skills with the ability to address client concerns effectively.
- ·A general knowledge of dog behavior and health
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
