Project Manager (Electronic Security Systems)
Setronics Corp, an industry leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of comprehensive electronic security solutions, is seeking a full-time Project Manager with industry knowledge, experience, and understanding of commercial Security & Fire Alarm Systems. Our ideal PM has 3+ years experience with a strong industry knowledge of best practices, installation standards, and manufacturers' specifications and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
We desire somebody who is organized, a self-starter, and passionate about the needs of our customers. You will know how to delegate responsibilities efficiently and be able to handle all aspects of successfully executing integration projects, including elements of access control, video surveillance, intrusion alarm, emergency notification and fire alarms.

Your Responsibilities:
· Be part of a high-performing team and culture for the purpose of achieving company goals with consistent results
· Act as a liaison between client and technical operations staff
· Consistently promote safety as our first priority
· Be a brand ambassador
· Work with sales team to provide a smooth transition from sales to operations
· Effectively communicate deadlines and specifications to the install team
· Assist install team with project completion, including installation, programming, and punch lists
· Manage the workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress
· Plan for, manage, monitor, and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals
· Manage all related quality and safety issues on customer work
· Responsible for effective communication on job status, challenges on the job site, and change orders with sales, the client, installation & service teams and management
· Attend and conduct team meetings
· Take pictures of jobs from start to finish and upload to project folders
· Sign in & close-outs of jobs
· Obtain client sign-offs
· Travel to job sites, office as well as occasional out-of-state travel
· Complete other responsibilities as assigned

· Knowledge. Must have a high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.
· Working Knowledge: of DSC – NEO | Exacq | Kantech | VideoEdge | Aiphone | HIK | Avigilon ACM /ACC | Bosch RPS and Brivo is a plus
· Experience. Minimum 3 years of experience.
· License: Low Voltage or High Voltage will be given preference for this role.
· Certifications: the following certifications are a plus: MCSE, NICET, BISCI, CCNA, MCDBA, SQL, Network + Fiber.
· Programming: Fire Alarm panel programming is a plus
Physical Requirements:
This position regularly requires employees to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to hold, handle, feel or operate job-related equipment.
· Must be able to work at heights, off a ladder, and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
