- $22/hr + $10-12/hr in tips
We are looking for a Front of House Manager. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. The FH manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in front of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2 years experience managing, high volume, fast-casual or fine dining restaurants
· Has obtained and will maintain a valid food handler’s card in SLO County
· FH Manager has a current and valid driver’s license for work related driving
· Must have the ability to evaluate our current systems and identify any needed areas of improvement. This will include, but is not limited to, demonstrated proficiency in accessing information stored in a large data system, experience analyzing and interpreting written material and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on data.
· Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports and memoranda.
· Capable of explaining complex issues in a concise manner
· Able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team
· Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple activities
· Able to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
· Strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility to work effectively with other leaders, individuals, and all guests
· Demonstrated experience using computer applications, including database, statistical, word processing, and spreadsheet and presentation software
· Must have proven the ability to work within Petra's units mastering all the duties it takes to run our operating system
