Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing a world-class service experience for our guests while being well-versed in Canyon Ranch's services and facility offerings. Responsible for assisting with overseeing the smooth operation of the Front Desk, Lockers, and Reservations department. This position's primary responsibility is to generate revenue and meet sales goals by providing guidance and direction, as well as promoting and demonstrating the highest level of service for our Guests...
Qualifications:
Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field).
