New Business Development Sales Professional
Rapidly growing manufacturer of lithium-Ion Battery operated Spraying equipment for professional and consumer use is seeking a New Business Development Sales Professional. Overview: As a New Business Development Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company's customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and ultimately closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients and new markets to pursue business opportunities. This involves cold calling, networking, attending events, and utilizing online platforms to generate leads.
- Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. This includes understanding their needs, challenges, and pain points, and presenting tailored solutions to address them.
- Sales Presentations: Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our products or services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms and contracts with clients to secure new business deals. This involves understanding client requirements, addressing objections, and crafting proposals that meet both parties' needs.
- Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Providing regular updates and reports to management on progress towards sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on new business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Located in our Charlotte, NC or Remote.
Position Requirements
Minumum of 3 years’ experience in product sales.
Strong technical product design aptitude.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
