Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Location: San Fernando Valley, CA In Person **THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOE**
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors as they arrive.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate agents and clients.
- Maintain and update client records in our database.
- Assist with listing and transaction coordination, including document preparation and filing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas.
- Phone , packages , must know CRM , must be savvy on Google suite. (MARKETING EXPERIENCE PLUS)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
