Job duties including:
- Understanding the best practices of customers service
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional manner and provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during their stay.
- Register guests, assign rooms, offer and properly handle guest's requests
- Process credit card transactions according to established policies and procedures
- Thorough understanding of the property management system and Affiliate systems
- Resolves and manages customer situations with a high level of professionalism
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Tours the property to ensure safety and security of all associates and guests
- Hotel experience a plus, but will train the right candidate
