Job Responsibilites:
- Patient demographic entry.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Verify and reconcile all copays, co insurances, and deductibles on a daily basis.
- Ensure coding including diagnosis and CPT codes are accurate at the time of billing.
- Research and resolve any missing charges or data with Imaging Center Managers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Customer Service
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Imaging/Radiology billing practice, CPT codes, and ICD10s.
- Strong knowledge or payer guidelines and reimbursement policies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- * Bilingual is a plus
