**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Duties:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Always follow up.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups and sales opportunities.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is beneficial.
