Well established and highly respected construction company located in the Fayetteville, GA area is looking to hire a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant experienced in managing multiple construction projects to completion.
The successful candidate we seek is a self-directed and experienced that will be a true partner to the Project Manager providing administrative support ensuring that all details and logistics related to the construction projects are completed on time.
RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:
· Create and manage paper files/documents and online folders to share with Project Manager
· Track field ticket work by job and process change orders
· Invoice review: Approve/reject supplier invoices, track quantities, and request and track credits from suppliers. Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers.
· Review credit card receipts for the field
· Review AR/AP reports
· Maintain Job Cost/Billing log
· Track recycled materials by job and reconcile proceeds
· Assist in the permitting process
· Process all close out documents at job completion
· LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) requirement tracking as needed
· Compose and maintain emails. Write letters
· Read and become familiar with contract requirements for current projects and generate subcontracts
· Participate in the payment and performance bond process for projects.
· Assist Project Manager with miscellaneous requests
· Software programs used: Excel, Word, Vista/Viewpoint, Bluebeam
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s College Preferred
· High School Diploma required
· 4+ years’ experience in the construction industry managing construction projects required
· Proficient with the following software programs: Microsoft Office: Excel, Word,
· Working knowledge of Viewpoint software preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
