The Doug's Auto Group is searching for an enthusiastic and professional receptionist to be the initial face and voice of our dealership. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a welcoming phone voice, and the ability to multi-task in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Experienced in a fast-paced automotive or customer service environment is preferred.
Personality is paramount as you are oftentimes going to be the first face and/or voice of our organization. We are looking for dynamic, engaged, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers and co-workers.
Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
-Greet and welcome sales and service customers and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
-Answer and transfer phone calls.
-Ensure all departments and team members receive call back messages.
-Have a thorough understanding of our phone system and work with management to improve our processes.
-Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area.
-Maintaining the employee phone contact list.
-Keep our coffee station stocked, clean, and in working order.
-Manage, organize, and secure vehicle license plates for customer pick-up.
-Assist our service team with appointments.
