Responsibilities:
-
Forecast goals and objectives for the Service and Parts department
-
Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
-
Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the Service department.

Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
-
Create pricing guidelines for customer categories that simultaneously generates profit and creates customer loyalty
-
Monitor and adjust inventory
-
Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
-
Supervise stock order procedures
-
Create and enforce a policy for special orders
-
Monthly analysis to maintain profit
-
Work closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
-
Provide technical assistance when necessary
-
Create and monitor reporting such as lost sales, sales productivity, etc.

Direct outside parts and counter sales efforts
-
Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Enforce safety requirements

Maintain professional appearance.
Qualifications:
-
At least 2 years experience in service management
-
Automotive technical knowledge
-
Ability to manage others
-
Computer literate
-
Good communication skills
