Our organization is looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient schedules for our staff, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Scheduler will also be responsible for monitoring and adjusting the schedule as needed to accommodate changes in workflow or personnel. We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain schedules for staff and resources.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Communicate changes in schedules to staff and other departments.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide support to staff and other departments when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be an IL resident, residing within 50 miles of Elgin, IL.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Previous administrative functions, customer service and reception experience preferred.
- Dual language is advantageous.
- *Background check required.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette.
- Computer competency; typing and familiar with Microsoft Office and Google.
- Detailed and organized.
- Self-starter is a MUST.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
