Key Responsibilities:
Accurately sample raw and finished materials for manufacturing in a timely fashion.
Pick / put away material for production or incoming raw material.
Inventory management and control.
Unloading of semi-trailers and tankers
Cleaning of Warehouse areas.
Cycle counting and Computer Data Entry
Pick finished material for shipments.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum two years' experience within a food manufacturing facility.
Minimum two years' experience of forklift driving and warehouse experience
Working knowledge of inventory control systems.
Computer skills, MS Office, Excel knowledge experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Physical Demands:
Ability to operate a forklift 50% of the day; ability to climb on/off on a repetitive basis throughout the day; frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs
Ability to hold & use scan gun / tablet
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot & cold); …….
