Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, customer service driven individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent. We have full-time and part-time positions available, working predominately 3pm-11pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Process guest reservations, check-outs, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including luggage storage and key management.
1. Customer Service:
- Provide personalized recommendations and information about local attractions, dining options, and recreational activities.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
- Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, resolving them to the guest's satisfaction.
- Ensure that guest requests for additional amenities or services are fulfilled promptly.
1. Administrative Tasks:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from guests and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and room inventory.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless guest experience.
2. Safety and Security:
- Monitor security cameras and ensure compliance with hotel safety protocols.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management and assist in resolving them as needed.
