- Quickly answering any and all incoming calls.
- Screening and transferring calls to the appropriate party.
- Compiling, creating, and disseminating a list of after-hours calls & voicemails. As well as disseminating them to appropriate employees on a daily basis.
- Receiving scheduled visitors/clients (professional appearance is REQUIRED).
- Preparing the conference room for clients, depositions, and mediations when necessary.
- Picking up and dropping off physical mail, twice a day, at the dedicated location within the office building.
- Distributing mail accordingly.
- Communicating with management and attorneys about urgent calls & other related issues.
- Ordering and restocking office supplies.
- Maintaining the office lobby and break room area.
- General attorney assistance.
- Other administrative tasks and duties, as they arise.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
