Indigo Payments, a financial technology company that enables businesses to accept payments, is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative to assist with customer inquiries, report distribution and data entry into our systems! Our focus is on quality, NOT quantity when it comes to answering calls and ensuring client satisfaction.
Our Customer Service department is staffed with knowledgeable, courteous individuals. Customers count on us to provide quick and accurate responses to their questions. Candidates must have strong written, oral and time management skills along with a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and our sales force
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Implement process improvements & coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work in various databases including Excel, Microsoft and Access
Requirements:
- Strong written, oral, and time management skills
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- Calm positive demeanor with customers
- Comfortable using computers
- Experience working in customer support
- Strong time-management skills
Bonus if:
- Experience in merchant services, credit card processing, or similar industry is a plus
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish
*This is a work remote position but does require candidates to live in Georgia
