As a Weatherization Technician, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to install insulation, seal air leaks, and perform energy-saving upgrades in homes across the community. Some prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Above all, we're looking for someone who's enjoyable to work with, doesn't shy away from getting their hands dirty, and is committed to changing the world, one weatherized home at a time.
Our crew enjoys a four-day work week with 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday, providing you with a relaxing three-day weekend to enjoy your personal life to the fullest. To reward your hard work, we offer a competitive starting wage of $17.42 per hour and a fantastic benefits package.
