We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and exceptional phone etiquette.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or escalate to the appropriate team member
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
