Job Summary: As an RDAEFII at Capital Dental Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients while working alongside our providers and team. You will utilize your functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the delivery of high-quality dental care. This position requires technical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties of a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) within the scope of the RDAEFII license, including but not limited to chairside assisting, taking radiographs, and maintaining patient records.
- Provide comprehensive dental care under the direct supervision of the dentist, including restorative procedures.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials for procedures.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
- Protect patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in dental technology.
Requirements:
- Current RDAEFII license in the state of California
- CPR certified
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an RDAEFII (preferred)
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in taking dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Detail-oriented
- Team player

- Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day

Schedule:
Wednesday-Saturday
This is a full-time position working 4/10 hour days, either from 8am-7pm or 7am-6pm.
Pay: $27-$35 per hour + monthly bonus opportunity up to $500
