Junior Interior Designer
We are currently searching for a passionate Junior Interior Designer with 2-5 years of project experience
in commercial interior design. The candidate will work with Senior staff on one or more projects
simultaneously, from schematic design through construction administration. The right candidate must
have strong drafting skills and knowledge about commercial furniture and material manufacturers.
The candidate must be CAD and Revit experienced, with a heavy emphasis on Revit. Proficiency in
SketchUp and Enscape is a plus.
The Junior Interior Designer will work with senior staff on the following:
- Conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documents
- Develop space planning concepts and mood boards
- Develop and deliver graphic presentation materials for client presentations
- Research, select and document FF&E scope
- Assist with overall interior design development during Schematic Design and Design
Development phases
- Assist with creating full sets of construction documents including interior elevations,
construction details and millwork drawings
- Assist with reviewing submittals and RFI’s during CA
- Manage the interiors resource library as needed
- Be a strong part of our team and be able to collaborate with project team members of all skill
levels and disciplines
