Ealy Construction is looking to hire a full-time Journeyman Plumber. We’ll help you relocate to the Moscow ID / Pullman WA area and start a dream job growing a new plumbing company.
We’ll provide everything you need to be your own boss and stay in the field - we handle all of the back office administration and sales, fill your schedule with work, and enable you to focus on high quality plumbing install and service work. If you’re already licensed as a journeyman in ID / WA / MT / OR, we’ll handle all of the paperwork to get you an Idaho Plumbing Contractor license.
We’re ready to help a Journeyman plumber move to the next stage in their career, managing a new plumbing company and completing installs on a wide range of high end remodel and new construction plumbing projects.

$60,000 - $80,000 starting, depending on experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Specific Duties:
Remodeling work:
- You will play a pivotal role as the designated plumber for Ealy Construction’s high end design-build remodels.
- In the pre-construction process you will collaborate with the project manager and designer on scope, fixture and equipment selections, and estimates related to the remodel plans.
- Complete rough-in and finish for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry remodels.
- You are responsible for performing all plumbing labor on the job, requesting help as it is needed.
Service work:
- Between remodel projects, your day-to-day schedule will include service work for local homes and businesses.
- Troubleshoot and solve issues related to leaks, failed systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Routine scheduled maintenance on equipment
- Install and/or replace equipment and fixtures
- Ongoing plumbing related handyman service for existing clients
Conduct:
- Your performance is extremely important to the success of our company. You are our representative to both the client and the community at large. We get most of our work because of our reputation; you are a very important part of that reputation. Both the quality of your work, your appearance, and that of your job site reflect strongly on you and our company.
- Protecting the client’s property is one of your most important jobs. All job sites are to be broom-cleaned daily. Debris is to be properly stored and hauled away promptly. No smoking is ever allowed at client’s homes. Do not use anything, including tools, equipment, or cleaning supplies, that belong to the client. Be sure you lock and secure the job site before you leave for the day. Materials, ladders, or other equipment left on site must be safely stored and secured. The client’s telephone may be used only with their permission and only for business or emergency personal calls. You must never disturb a client with loud radios, angry music, off-color, or foul language.
- You are responsible for knowing and understanding all job processes and paperwork: Plans, specifications, and change orders. You are responsible for maintaining all job records as required by the office.
