Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage and maintain office calendars
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and transcribing documents
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using software for calendar management, such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
