Working remotely, you will conduct assessments, create detailed reports on student progress, and make practical recommendations to foster student growth. You will have the opportunity to work flexible schedules and grow professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAvailability during school days to conduct remote assessments in various school settingsAnalysis and integration of data from intake forms, behavioral observations, and assessment resultsProduction of detailed reports with potential diagnoses and practical evidence-based recommendationsAdherence to strict timelines to deliver high-quality reportsMaintenance of strict confidentiality in accordance with Lilypad Learning policies and relevant legal requirementsQualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, especially in establishing rapport with clients in a virtual settingProficiency in using computers and familiarity with digital platformsMinimum of one year of experience in psychoeducational assessment, including comprehensive test administration, scoring, and interpretationProven track record in writing integrated psychological evaluation reportsMaster's degree (or higher) in School, Clinical or Educational PsychologyLicensure to provide services in Massachusetts or ability to obtain licensing quicklyA secure and private workspace with reliable internet accessWhy Choose Lilypad LearningFlexible Schedule: You can choose the days of the week that you want to work.Clinical Support: Direct instruction on best practices for telehealth assessment for school psychologists, from a school psychologist.
