We are Palm Beach Mitsubishi, an auto dealership selling and servicing new and used vehicles. We are looking for a Receptionist - you would be responsible for working store hours either 3 or 4 days a week. This is a full time, 40 hour a week position with some opportunity for more hours. Responsibilities include:
- Check customers into the store and mark them as checked-in via our CRM (customer relationship management) system
- Communicate with store management regarding each visit, ensuring they get introduced to a Manager as soon as possible
- Create visit log of all customers who visited the dealership and reasons why they purchased or did not purchase
- Conduct follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction with sales and service visits
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
