IT Support (Tier 2)
Position Summary:
Resolve on-site and remote customer IT issues, maintain customer IT documentation and provide customer service to end users seeking IT support.
Position Roles & Responsibilities:
- IT issue resolution
- IT documentation maintenance
- Ticket quality assurance
- Working with IT Team to improve overall IT results for clients
- After hours emergency support via the on-call rotation

Technical Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Industry
- Comptia A+ Certification required (current or otherwise)

- MCSE/MCITP Certification preferred (current or otherwise)
- Desktop operating system support skills
- Workstation peripheral support skills
- Server operating system skills
- Networking skills
- Advanced overall troubleshooting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
