Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processing
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and organizing documents
- Experience working in a dental office or real estate administrative setting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with administrative software systems is an asset
