Technical Recruiter
Entelligence is seeking Technical Recruiters for our company located in Houston, TX. This position will report to the Director of Recruiting. The Recruiter understands the requirements for the position and can identify strong candidates with a sense of urgency. This person must enjoy a fast-paced work environment and remain calm and confident under pressure. The Recruiter is responsible for finding the right candidates to submit in time sensitive situations and for serving as an advocate and point of contact for the candidate during the interview process.
Responsibilities
· Source, prescreen, and submit highly qualified candidates to AM & Director of Recruiting with a sense of urgency
· Submit candidates using partner rate cards and calculation of target margin
· Build candidate pipelines for roles in specific technologies
· Coordinate with the Account Manager to move candidates through the interview process
· Participate in daily team meetings to update on submittals and candidate statuses
· Present successes and challenges of recruiting activity
· Accurately and regularly update applicant tracking system (ATS)
· Learn, evaluate, and propose improvements for recruiting protocols and documentation
· Effective management of recruiting life cycle: sourcing, submittals, interviews, and placements
· Ability to learn and apply IT data and virtualization terminology
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve individual and account team goals
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in communication, Business or equivalent
· At least 2 years in a Technical Recruiting role – technical industry knowledge is crucial
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Excel
· Excellent relationship building, including strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong work ethic with a reliable sense of urgency
· Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
· Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
· Thrive in a high energy, results-oriented environment
