- Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work appropriately
Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule. You will be working random weekends and MUST be okay with that.
- This is a part-time role. You will be working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (second shift: 11 - 6 Pacific time) and possibly other times as needed. If you are not in the PST time zone, you must be okay with working evenings.
- There will be a probation period to make sure you are the right fit.
- This role will require you to answer customers calls, reply to customer emails, send quotes and more. You must be comfortable on the phone.
- Booking Coordinators are expected to deliver premium service and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Provide a positive, personalized customer service experience by dealing efficiently and politely with all telephone and email inquiries.
- You MUST have a quiet work environment with no distractions.
