Federal facilities contractor is looking for HVAC Technicians to perform preventative maintenance and repairs in government buildings. This position requires local daily travel between job sites. Company vehicle is provided. Universal Certificate required.
This position requires high‐level security investigation and a clean driving record for access to job sites.

1. Performing Preventive Maintenance such as routine changing of air and water filters
2. Performing general facility maintenance tasks
3. Recognizing, troubleshooting, and repairing unit deficiencies in HVAC equipment, including but not limited to the following equipment:
- Gas and electric furnaces
- Ductless heating and cooling systems
- VRV and VRF heating and cooling systems
- Packaged gas or electric HVAC equipment
- Water boiler
- Circulator pumps
- Ventilation fans
- Temperature controls
