Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator provides robust support to the assigned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), while concurrently gaining valuable training opportunities required to pursue a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Program Coordinators will receive comprehensive training on essential components such as the BACB Task List, professional writing, and leadership skills, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience. By adhering to the supervised fieldwork criteria established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), this position ensures compliance with all necessary requirements, promotes experiential learning, and prepares future leaders for a dynamic career in the ABA therapy field.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Working directly with and under the supervision of the assigned BCBA/BCaBA to manage assigned caseload
o Assisting with programming needs for assigned caseload
o Assisting with consultation to assigned caseload
o Assisting with assessment administration for Initial and Subsequent payor authorizations
o Assisting with caregiver training
o Assisting with document creation including Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
o Assisting with research and literature review as related to specific client needs
· Providing minimum of 20 hours per week of 1:1 Direct ABA Therapy when scheduled
o Applying behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with client(s)
o Teaching client(s) to acquire language, academic, social, self-help and/or appropriate life skills as stated in treatment plan
o Following BIP as written in all situations
o Responding to and manages crisis situations which may include
client physical aggression
o Completing session notes in a timely manner
· Providing support and training to Registered Behavior Technicians/Behavior Technicians (RBTs) (BT)
o Assisting with maladaptive behaviors
o Providing New-Hire and ongoing training
o Answering program related and ABA specific questions
o Providing Program Coordinator Consultation with formal feedback when BCBA is unavailable.
o Participating in and/or leading staff meetings and trainings, when applicable
o Assisting with BACB RBT Initial and Renewal Competencies, including completing competencies as Assistant Assessor
o Completing on the floor training component for New Hire RBTs and BTs as assigned.
· Participating in formal and informal supervision meetings and other tasks
o Documenting and maintaining all adequate supervision records per the BACB Guidelines
o Actively participating in individual and group supervision sessions
o Submitting tasks and/or projects as assigned
o Providing and receiving verbal and written feedback throughout the supervisory relationship with the Mentoring BCBA.
· Completing administrative responsibilities related to enhanced clinical operations
o Assisting with Opening and Closing of the center as assigned
o Delivering notice of session note corrections to RBTs as directed by Compliance Manager
o Verifying correction completion and communicating completion with Compliance Manager

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
