EPM Motorsports is looking for an apprentice mechanic.
We are looking for a mechanically inclined, eager-to-learn, and motivated individual to join our rapidly growing Powersports shop.
You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in motorcycle repair and maintenance.
This is a paid position that offers hands-on training and the potential for growth within our company.
Duties:
- Assist experienced mechanics in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire changes, and filter replacements
- Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical issues under the guidance of senior technicians
- Assist with the disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components
- Drive the EPM truck and trailer as needed to pick up/drop off vehicles (training provided)
- Port vehicles around the shop
- Clean up shop waste baskets
- Pick up last minute parts needed from local hardware stores
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle systems and components
- Ability to provide a helping hand in anyway the shop needs
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
