Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Order Processor to join our service team. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet organizational goals
- Research potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the organization
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with suppliers in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, material management and procurement.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and the ability to coordinate shipments effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Suite (Outlook & Excel)
