Silver Dollar Inc. is hiring a HR Director or Assistant Director, depending on experience. The HR Director will lead and administer all Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, benefits and leave administration, and enforce company policies and practices.

- Internal communications
- Employee relations
- Employee health and safety and general employment practices
- Oversees hotel recruiting program and serves as the primary contact for applicants
- Coordinates the paperwork and processing of new and rehired employees
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of employment records including data entry and file management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, including 2 years in a leadership or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- SHRM Certified Professional required
- Experience in hospitality industry a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Must be able to work in ambiguous situations and adaptable to change
- Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
