Tax Office Admin/Receptionist plays a vital role in the office. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, has the ability to multitask in fast paced environments, and has strong communication and people skills. This job position will be answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients as they come into the office for their appointments.
This is part-time. Looking for someone dependable with a can do attitude, ideally to work the hours of 10-2 but can be somewhat flexible outside of the busy season.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Greet clients
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling and confirming of client appointments
- Appointment confirmations
- Provide administrative support to professional staff
- Misc. office duties as needed- light data entry, invoicing, mailing out items etc.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Google Calendar
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation

· High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
