Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong computer skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for this role. Additionally, candidates with a background in multi-line phone systems will be highly valued. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system; screen and redirect to appropriate departments .
- Greet visitors entering the building, answer any questions, provide directions and alert staff of visitors.
- Operate postage meter.
- Sort daily mail and packages.
- Data entry
- Order and stock office supplies.
- Monitor invoice request's emails; mail/email to customers.
- Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
- Perform any other clerical duties necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office enviroment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong phone skills.
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, professional attitude and appearance required.
