Our CPA Firm is growing and we are in need of a Bookkeeping/Payroll Manager.
We are looking for someone to help us provide bookkeeping and payroll services to our small-business clients, as well as supervising our Bookkeeping/Payroll Team. Our office is busy, but fun and friendly...where our clients become our friends and we enjoy the clients we get to take care of.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage Firm Bookkeeping/Payroll operations and workflows towards timely completion and meeting all required deadlines.
- Supervise Firm's bookkeepers, including mentoring and elevating staff, and reviewing work to ensure quality
- Respond to client inquiries with excellence in customer service
- Assist in setting Firm processes and standards
```Skills```
- Excellent communication skills with clients, staff, and partners
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- 6+ years of Bookkeeping and Payroll experience (multi-state payroll a plus)
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Keen attention to protecting client data and maintaining confidentiality
