We are looking for a high-energy professional to join our fast-paced and growing support team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is great at working with people and displays excellent organizational skills. A successful candidate will have previous experience running social media platforms on a professional level and will excel at working in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
· Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
· Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
· Attend events and produce live social media content (potential travel opportunities).
· Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
· Collaborate with team to create a social media calendar.
· Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
· Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
· Assist in sales related to social media inquiries.
· Ensure all phone calls/emails are answered and/or transferred quickly and efficiently
· Review for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
· Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, fax machine, etc.)
· Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards
· Ensure and observe all safety and housekeeping rules and guidelines
· Additional assigned tasks as required.
Skills:
· Excellent people and phone skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
- Excellent social listening skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as well as communicating with other departments
- Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely and professional manner meeting all accuracy and productivity standards
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Ability to travel to events for interaction with potential customers and content collection
· High school degree or equivalent
· Positive attitude and ability to keep a calm/clear head in high pressure situations

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
