Job Summary:
Small boutique law firm specializing in immigration law is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.Must have strong work ethic Immigration experience preferred, but willing to train the right person. Must have a strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in written/spoken Spanish
Strong writing skills
Knowledge in Family Petitions/ Adjustments
Handle client’s communications
Able to take direction and work independently
Complete forms Looking for someone who is self-motivated and hardworking. Must speak and write Spanish. Work hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Office located near Dodger Stadium.
Duties:
- Coordinate and assist with various projects and tasks as assigned
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- File and maintain documents in both physical and digital formats
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with office management duties including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and organizing office events
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with managing phone systems and routing calls appropriately
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project coordination or personal assistant tasks is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
