Position Title: Construction Administrator ‐ Full Time (Bi Lingual a Plus)
Reports to: Director Of Construction Operations
Position Summary: The ideal Construction Administrator candidate will have a take‐charge, positive attitude. The selected candidate will work with our Project Management team, which includes Twin Resources Executives, Project Leaders, and Site Leaders to provide support on the day-to-day processes related to running Twin Resources construction projects.
The Construction Administrator participates in a variety of project administrative activities such as managing reports, change orders, cost management, and closeouts. This individual will be the hub of the project team. Our Project Leaders and Site Leaders rely on the organization and scheduling of all critical deadlines by the Administrator. Twin Resources is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual interested in assessing customer service expectations and ensuring delivery of contractual services by applying expertise in administration and construction management as Construction Administrator.

· Detail Orientation: Ability to successfully ensure the accuracy of project documentation.
· Professionalism: Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor and appearance at all times and perform well under project constraints and deadlines.
· Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) working knowledge of QuickBooks software. Willingness to test and implement new technologies as they become available.
· Math Skills: Solid numerical and analytical skills and ability to apply these skills to achieve accurate project budgeting and basic estimating for project scope changes.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Job Turn Over and Set Up -
- Create Folder with Final Approved Contract, Cost Sheet and Plans (Confirm all are correct)
- Create Field Package for the Department, PM’s and Foreman
- Create Purchasing Package with Material and Equipment necessary to complete the project.
- Identify any long lead items, missing material selections and / or pending designs.
- Identify Permit Inspections
- Call in mark outs.
PO’s and Material Orders
- Confirm daily material needed for each job to keep material in front of the foreman and ahead of schedule.
- Check in with foreman daily.
- Daily tracking for each job.
Productions
- Daily productions. What’s being completed each day. Reported and traced for weekly report
- Master Report submitted Weekly.
Change Orders and Work Requests
- Master List (tracking unapproved, approved and completed)
- Weekly Report tracking newly added and completed.
- Change Order Request Logs for Each Job

Project Close Outs and Invoicing
- Billing to be notified within 24 hrs. of completion. Track Proposal Contract Payment Terms and Notify billing upon completion as per the contract.
- Project Closeouts (Zone Maps, Materials / Plants Purchase (Model and Vendor), Warranty Information)
- Update all Reports.
All other various administrative tasks given by the construction department.
· This salaried position is 5 days a week 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday Thru Friday
· Must Be Punctual and Report to work on time.
· Must maintain professional attire (NO sneakers, hoodies joggers, etc.)
· Adherence to the employment agreement

Pay: $48,898.00 - $70,000.00 per year
