Sales Executive Job Description

FleetPulse is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive growth of the FleetPulse business in new and existing customers that represent the largest prospective accounts for Fleetpulse by total addressable opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience working with line of business stakeholders and executives (e.g., Operations, Finance, IT), willingness and comfort with strategic outbound prospecting, and a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develop relationships across multiple levels, operations to executive-level, within strategic, named accounts.
· Develop in-depth understanding of each customer by visiting clients, understanding needs and requirements and presenting the FleetPulse solution with tailored value propositions and ROI.
· Own customer engagements from end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
· Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns.
· Meet and exceed quota while championing FleetPulse principles as we scale across new solutions and markets.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
· Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, management, marketing, or other related fields of study.
· 5+ years of experience in full-cycle, closing sales role(s) for a IoT/SaaS solution with Enterprise customers in the transportation industry.
· Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $500,000+ ARR transactions.
· Experience building and managing VP and C-level relationships.
· Ability to understand complex solutions and concisely articulate the value propositions in a way that is easily understood by target audiences.
· Excellent communications skills, including written and verbal, the ability to communicate with an executive audience, and create and deliver compelling presentations.
· Startup experience preferred.
