BSP is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Join us in our mission to empower children with developmental disabilities to lead the most meaningful and self-sufficient lives they can.
As an RBT at BSP, you will directly engage with our clients, administering intensive, top-tier ABA interventions. You will work under the supervision of our dedicated Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who meticulously craft each client's personalized treatment plan.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one direct ABA treatment to clients in home, school, or other location(s) as agreed and necessary.
- Work closely with the supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Data collection as prescribed by a recipient’s behavior analysis service plan.
- Complete daily progress notes related to implementation of the intervention plan.
- Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
- Communicate regularly with supervisor(s), caregivers, and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plans -including consistently replying to emails from leadership team within 48 business hours.
- Schedule may include driving between clients.

Requirements
- Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician certification or be committed to obtaining the certification before hire
- Must be available for in-person services
- Completion of all training requirements
- Must have reliable transportation between client homes/schools
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving
- Prior knowledge of developmental disorders, experience with children, teens or young adults is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
The hiring process:
- Our process starts with a phone interview with our HR coordinator.
- If selected, a follow-up interview will be scheduled with the clinical director.
- Depending on scheduling availability, the entire process from application to hire could take as little as one week.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
