JGArchitects PLLC is an architectural interiors practice founded by Joseph Goldstein in 1998, focusing on workplace design including projects for foreign governments such as Barbados Permanent Mission to the United Nations and Consulate General in New York City; and the Chancery for the Permanent Mission of Trinidad and Tobago; US corporate headquarters including for Siemens and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone; and Fortune 500 financial services firms such as Goldman Sachs, Citadel and AIG; as well as tech/media companies such as Unified Social and Buddy Media; and non-profits including Rockefeller Foundation.
Intern’s Title:Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Intern
Primary Responsibilities:
· Work closely with JGArchitects senior management, bookkeeper and team related to staff time tracking, invoicing, A
· Produce reports using BillQuick to reconcile actual expense vs. budget per project
· Further develop JGArchitects Instruction Manual for software and other applications related to Internship tasks
· Assist bookkeeper with online payments
· Track credit card balances
Requirements:
· Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required
o QuickBooks [read only] a plus

· Duration: Summer 2024
- 20 hours per week
· Monthly stipend of $900 per month based on a 40 hour week
