Position Summary: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a pivotal role in the success of Spirit Jersey®. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, executive, and personal support to the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the executive level. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, strong interpersonal skills and capable of handling a wide range of tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Calendar and Email Management: Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and filter incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
· Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external personnel. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
· Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events attended by the CEO. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
· Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring cost-efficiency, safety and comfort.
· Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
· Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, compile data, and prepare reports to support the CEO in decision-making.
· Task Prioritization: Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
· Special Projects: Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments, ranging from market research to process improvement initiatives.
· Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
· 3+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Expert in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software, i.e. Outlook Calendar, Monday.com.
· Strong project management skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
· Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
