Responsibilities and expectations:

Be good with simple math, fractions, and some geometry.

Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.

Operating CNC equipment operation is a plus.

Operating Break press equipment operation is a plus.
-
Operating Shear equipment is a plus.

Be able to Form metal panels.
-
Be able to assemble metal panels.
-
Be able to operate hand tools and power equipment.
-
Be able to learn and understand product and manufacturing workflow.
-
Keep work areas clean and organized.
-
Keep tools organized and clean.
-
Be able to build crates is a plus.
-
Read, understand shop drawings, and build tickets.
-
Be able to follow a schedule.
-
Be able to pack and protect finished panels.
-
Provide results that meet or exceed Forge quality standards.
-
Maintain inventory levels in workstations.
-
ACM product knowledge is preferred.
-
Rainscreen product knowledge is preferred.
-
Manufacturing and assembly knowledge is preferred.
-
General carpentry knowledge is preferred.
-
Have good communication skills.

Be adaptable to change.
