Responsibilities:
- 1st responsibility: Assist the head football coach in planning, organizing, and executing practice sessions and game strategies.
- Provide instruction and guidance to players on proper techniques, skills, and game strategies.
- Assist in player development, including strength and conditioning programs.
- Help create a positive and supportive team environment.
- Assist in scouting opponents and analyzing game film.
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop game plans and strategies.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of players during practices and games.
- Provide feedback and evaluation to players to help them improve their performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience playing or coaching football at a high school or college level.
- Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well with athletes of different skill levels and backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching and developing young athletes.
- Availability to attend practices, games, and team events as required.
Skills:
- Ability to work with young athletes in a responsible and caring manner.
- Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage player behavior and maintain discipline within the team.
- Physical education: Understanding principles that can be applied to football training programs.

- Educate: Ability to effectively teach players new techniques, skills, or game strategies.
