**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine mechanics, electrical systems, and general boat maintenance. As a Boat Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, performance, and longevity of our clients' vessels.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of boats, including but not limited to engine diagnostics, tune-ups, and oil changes.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and instrumentation.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Install and maintain marine equipment and accessories, such as GPS systems, radios, and navigation lights.
- Assist with haul-outs, bottom painting, and other hull maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of their boats and recommended repairs.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Boat Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of marine systems and components.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing boat engines, including outboard motors and inboard engines. Volvo Penta Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair wiring issues.
- Familiarity with marine hardware, materials, and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Title: Boat Washer
Overview:
As a Boat Washer, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of boats, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use by customers or for storage. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boat Cleaning: Wash the exterior of boats using appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and techniques to remove dirt, grime, salt deposits, and other residues. Ensure thorough cleaning of all surfaces including hulls, decks, and superstructures.
- Interior Cleaning: Clean the interior of boats, including cabins, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Vacuum carpets, mop floors, wipe down surfaces, and clean windows to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- Detailing: Perform detailing tasks such as polishing metal fixtures, waxing fiberglass surfaces, and treating upholstery to enhance the appearance and longevity of boat materials.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Report any malfunctioning equipment or the need for repairs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and ensure the safe handling and storage of cleaning agents and chemicals.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning service provided.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of cleaning activities, including the types of cleaning agents used, areas cleaned, and any issues encountered during the cleaning process.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete cleaning tasks and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in boat cleaning or detailing preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks in various weather conditions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose- Diagnosing the cause of the malfunction and performing work specified on repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and our factory standards
- Repair- Repairing or replacing all parts on a boat including steering systems, drive units, electrical, fuel systems, general maintenance Items and being able to diagnose these individual systems in an efficient time frame.
- Communication - Communicating directly with the service advisors so that the customer can be informed of any additional service needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Inspections- Inspecting new engines and boats to ensure that all features function properly. Inspecting used boats for sale's department to make sure all features function properly.
- Efficient- Technician can work efficiently and is self sufficient , being able to find the problem with all the tools provided to them without needing assistance from others.
- Safety- Perform safety inspections, basic maintenance and minor repairs as directed.

Skills Required or Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Able to move and lift heavy objects.
Knowledge of special tools and how to use them.
Basic knowledge of diagnosing all systems both on engines and boats.
